We have a 14 day return and exchange policy for purchases made online via strattonhsv.com and in-store.

Special Orders, Custom Orders, and Sale Items are non-refundable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange special orders, custom orders, sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
